This product is the set of “Kinmare Junmaiginjo” and “Konotori Hagukumu Osake Junmaiginjo”. “Yamadanishiki” and “Gohyakumangoku” are representative of brewer’s rice. Kinmare Junmaiginjo uses “Yamadanishiki”, which is the highest quality rice cultivated in an area of Special A, and Konotori Hagukumu Osake uses “Gohyakumangoku,” the rice which does not use chemical fertilizer and agricultural chemicals during cultivation. These Junmaiginjo-shu use the precious rice polished to 60%, brewed carefully, and bring out the taste of each rice. Please enjoy the differences of their taste.
