“コウノトリ育むお酒”は、栽培期間中は化学合成農薬、化学肥料を一切使用せず、コウノトリのえさとなる生き物を育む農法で栽培された、安全・安心な「特別栽培米」の五百萬石(兵庫県豊岡産)で造った純米吟醸酒です。米の旨味を引き出しながらも切れ味の良い、華やかな香りを合わせ持った上品な味わいをお楽しみ下さい。

“Konotori Hagukumu Osake Junmaiginjo” is junmaiginjo-shu. The rice used for this sake is ‘specially cultivated’. It is cultivated without chemosynthetic agrichemical and chemical fertilizer. In stead, agricultral method which encourages growing food for storks is applied to cultivate safe and trusted high quality rice. (“Kounotori” means “stork”, “Hagukumu” means “grow”). Please enjoy the flavor which has the combination of sharpness, umami of rice, and bright aroma.
