“江戸一”は、江戸時代に江戸で一番と好評を得た当社の小印です。酒造りに適した「山田錦」をふんだんに用い、淡麗でやや辛口の米のうまみを最高に引き出した本格純米酒です。

“Edoichi Junmai” means “Tokyo No.1”. In Edo period, sake of sakuramasamune became popular as the No.1 sake in Edo. This sake is brewed with Yamadanishiki which is one of the best types of rice for brewing sake, and it is junmai-shu that has light and semi-dry tastes and umami of rice.
