“薪水 吟醸”は、通常の清酒の製造工程にて行なわれる炭素濾過(香味の調整)、火入れ殺菌、割水(アルコール度数の調整)を一切行なわない、搾ったままの吟醸生原酒です。これまでは蔵でしか味わえなかったお酒を、当蔵元が“正宗”を名乗る前の銘柄である“薪水”の名を付け期間限定で皆様にお届けいたします。よく冷やして、またはロックでお召し上がり下さい。生酒につき保存中にも成分が変化しますので、できるだけお早めにお召し上がり下さい(要冷蔵;賞味期限 30日間)

“Shinsui Ginjo” is ginjo nama genshu which does not go through the process of carbon filtration, pasteurization (“Hi-ire”), and adding water for the adjustment of alcohol concentration. This sake used to be a seasonal products which is tasted only in our brewery. We named this sake “Shinsui” which is our previous brand name before “Sakuramasamune”, and provide it as a seasonal sake to every sake lovers. Enjoy this sake well-chilled or on the rocks. It is better to taste it earlier because it changes the constituent while it is preserved (Keep refrigerated; Best before 30 days of purchase).
