“金稀 大吟醸 原酒”は、兵庫県三木市吉川町産山田錦を35%にまで精米し、じっくりと低温発酵させた大吟醸 原酒です。華やかな香りと透明感のある味わいをお楽しみください。

“Kinmare Daiginjo Genshu” is the undiluted sake of daiginjo-shu. This sake is brewed from “Yamadanishiki ” which is one of the best types of rice for brewing sake, especially the rice is grown in Yokawa area in Miki city, Hyogo. The rice is polished to 35% and carefully fermented at low temperature.
