“焼稀 大吟醸”は、酒造りに最も適した原料米「山田錦」の中でもさらに特A地区・吉川町産のものを用い、35%にまで磨きあげて低温でじっくりと発酵させた、フルーティーな香りと切れ味のよい華やかな大吟醸酒です。

“Yakimare Daiginjo” is daiginjo-shu brewed with “Yamadanishiki” which is one of the best rice for brewing sake, and the rice is polished to 35%. The rice is grown in a special A district called “Yokawa” area. This sake is fermented slowly at low temperature, so it has fruity and sharp taste.
