@@"Yakimare Kyokai Ichigo Kobo" is junmai-shu brewed with "Kyokai Ichigo Kobo (Kyokai sake yeast No.1)" that has been returned to our brewery after an absence of about 60 years. It was brewed by the classic "Kimoto" method with the recipe of 100 years ago.
@@"Yamadanishiki" from Yokawa-cho (special A district for cultivating it), "Miyamizu" (the good groundwater for brewing sake) , the 'lost' yeast "Kyokai Ichigo Kobo", and classic "skills" of 100 years ago \ these blend together to this sake. It can be enjoyed with the full-bodied and sharp tastes.
