@@"Konotori Hagukumu Osake" is junmaiginjo-shu. This sake uses "Gohyakumangoku", specially cultivated agricultural rice, from Toyooka in Hyogo. It means that the harvested rice is cultivated with no chemosynthetic pesticide or chemical fertilizer during the growing process, and in a way that breeds living things which are Konotori's bait ("Konotori" is "(white) stork").
